Karl has 25 years of experience managing plant and personnel in civil construction, earthmoving, landfill and mining projects. His collaborative approach and diverse skills drive exceptional outcomes for Schwarz and its clients.
Henry is a seasoned Project Engineer and Manager with 14 years experience in delivering civil infrastructure project for both Government and private sector clients. Known for his conflict resolution skills and teamwork, he leads projects from start to finish. Henry is currently managing the Boulder Creek Wind Farm project.
Clinton began his career with Schwarz as an Undercutter Operator and now leads the Rail team as Rail Projects Superintendent, bringing over 10 years of industry experience to the role. His expertise spans both above and below rail sectors, making him a valuable leader in the successful delivery of rail works.
With over 20 years of experience in rail and civil construction including the past decade in leadership roles Andrew is a key figure at Schwarz. His professionalism and deep technical knowledge ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of undercutting operations across the network.
With over a decade of industry experience, Jen oversees the smooth operation of our busy specialist plant workshop, leading a team that includes admin support, diesel fitters, and field service fitters. She works closely with both Maas Plant and Maas Repairs to ensure coordination and efficiency across all maintenance activities.
Michael is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a Master of Quantity Surveying and a Diploma of Project Management. With 13 years of site-based experience, Michael brings practical insight and proven project delivery knowledge to his role as Senior Contracts Administrator, supporting effective commercial management across our projects.
