Mt Isa Track Renewals Stage 3

The Project

The Mt Isa Track Renewals Stage 3 project was a major infrastructure undertaking involving the full track structure replacement of 7.34km of the Mt Isa line. Our team was engaged to deliver precise renewal works across two key sites, ensuring the network remains resilient and capable of supporting heavy regional freight. By leveraging GPS technology and efficient work sequencing, we achieved a high-quality finish ahead of schedule, providing a more stable and reliable track formation for Queensland Rail.
